Smart thinking. Solid delivery.

Noevero is an independent consultancy and delivery partner for commercial buildings — the property, the facilities that keep it running and the technical systems behind them: plant and controls, networks, security, digital. We define the brief, bring the right specialists together and manage the work through to a working result.

Connected approach

One accountable partner from brief to delivery

Property, facilities and technical operations rarely sit in separate boxes. How a building is maintained affects how it is used. Plant and controls affect comfort and cost. Networks affect access and security. Digital workflows affect how every service is managed. Noevero brings those parts together — running the building day to day and providing one clear route from initial brief to working result.

01 — The building

Start with the space itself

Every project begins with the physical building — its fabric, plant, floors, risers, entrances and the people who use it. Condition, compliance and how the building is run shape everything that follows.

02 — Network backbone

Cabling, cabinets and switching

Structured copper and fibre cabling, cabinets, gateways and switching form a documented backbone that every other system depends on.

03 — Wireless coverage

Wi-Fi designed for the floor plan

Managed Wi-Fi is planned around coverage, capacity and segmentation — designed for how each floor is actually used, then optimised after installation.

04 — Security & access

Cameras, doors and entry as one system

IP CCTV, access control, intercoms and vehicle entry join the same managed environment instead of arriving as disconnected products.

05 — Building management

The building keeps performing

Planned maintenance, statutory compliance, plant and controls, contractor management, service charge budgets and energy improvements keep the building itself working — not just the systems inside it.

06 — Digital workflow

Connected to the way you work

Portals, integrations and automation connect what happens in the building — maintenance requests, compliance records, access events — to the systems the business already runs on.

Capabilities

Connected capability. Practical delivery.

Seven capabilities across three pillars: property, facilities and technical operations. From the day-to-day running of a building to a single technical requirement or a multi-disciplinary project, Noevero can define the scope, coordinate the right expertise and manage delivery through to a usable result.

All three pillars

Specialist delivery network

When a project needs specialist input, Noevero can source and coordinate the right delivery partner while maintaining a clear brief, communication route and delivery plan.

One brief · the right specialists · one result

Physical. Digital. Connected.

A managed building needs planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors and budgets kept in step. A new access system may need cabling, network configuration, user permissions and staff handover. A refurbishment may need IT, security, contractors and compliance work aligned to one programme. Noevero is built for buildings and projects where those boundaries overlap.

Project delivery

A clear route from requirement to result

  1. Step 1

    Discover

    Deliverable · Survey & findings

Establish the outcome, site conditions, compliance position, users, constraints, risks, existing systems and contracts.

  2. Step 2

    Design

    Deliverable · Scope & programme

Turn the requirement into a coordinated scope, technical approach, programme and delivery plan.

  3. Step 3

    Deliver

    Deliverable · Working systems

Procure, install, integrate and coordinate the work with clear ownership and communication.

  4. Step 4

    Support

Deliverable · Documentation & support route

Provide documentation, handover and an agreed route for ongoing maintenance, facilities management or future improvement.

Ways of working

A building to run, a job to quote, a question to answer.

Not every requirement is a project. Noevero works in three ways, and the same team stays accountable whichever one you start with.

  1. 01 — Retained

    Managed buildings

Ongoing management of a commercial building or small portfolio: planned maintenance, statutory compliance, vetted contractors, reactive repairs, service charge budgets and occupier requests — reported clearly and reviewed with you on a fixed rhythm.

TYPICAL · A multi-let office that needs one point of contact for everything that keeps it running

    Talk about a building
  2. 02 — Quoted

    One-off and small works

Repairs, replacements and improvements handled as a single job: a survey, a fixed written estimate, the right trade booked, the work checked and signed off. No retained agreement needed.

TYPICAL · A failed air-handling unit, a lighting upgrade, new door entry, redecoration between tenancies

    Request an estimate
  3. 03 — Audited

    Compliance reviews

An independent check of where a building stands against its statutory duties: what evidence exists, what is overdue and what it will take to close the gaps — delivered as a prioritised plan you can act on with us or with your own contractors.

    • Fire risk assessment
    • Electrical (EICR)
    • Gas safety
    • Asbestos
    • Water hygiene
    • Lifts (LOLER)
    • Emergency lighting
    • Air conditioning (TM44)

TYPICAL · A building changing hands, a new managing agent, or a portfolio with records in several places

    Arrange a compliance review

Example requirements

Built around the outcome you need

Some projects begin with a detailed specification. Others begin with a problem, an opportunity or a building that needs to work better. Noevero can help turn either starting point into a practical plan.

FAQs

Straight answers before you commit to anything

Anything not covered here — send us the question .

01 Can Noevero deliver a complete network installation?

Yes. A project can cover survey, design, structured cabling, cabinets, switching, gateways, Wi-Fi, configuration, commissioning and documentation. The exact scope is agreed around the site and the outcome required.

02 Can you integrate CCTV, access control and intercom systems?

Yes. Noevero can plan and coordinate connected surveillance, access, intercom and vehicle-entry systems so that the infrastructure and management approach work together. Product selection depends on the site, risk, budget and required integrations.

03 Do you provide ongoing building or facilities management?

Yes. Noevero can manage a commercial building or small portfolio day to day — planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor management, reactive repairs and service charge budgets — or provide structured support alongside an in-house team or managing agent. The level of involvement is agreed around the property and the outcome required.

04 Do you look after mechanical and electrical plant?

Yes. Noevero can take responsibility for the technical operation of a building’s plant and systems — heating, cooling and ventilation, electrical distribution, lifts, fire and life-safety systems and the controls that run them — through planned servicing, statutory inspections, approved specialist engineers and clear records. This can sit within a retained facilities agreement or be scoped on its own.

05 Do you take on one-off repairs, small works or compliance checks without a contract?

Yes. Individual jobs are surveyed and quoted as a fixed written estimate before any work starts, then delivered through vetted trades and signed off. Compliance reviews work the same way: a scoped review of the building’s statutory position with a prioritised plan of what needs attention. Neither requires a retained agreement.

06 Do you manage property and refurbishment projects?

Yes. Noevero can scope and coordinate refurbishments, office fit-outs, building-technology improvements, renewable-energy projects and facilities work using appropriate specialist contractors.

07 Can you work with our existing contractors and systems?

Yes. The first step is to understand what is already in place. Noevero can work with existing suppliers and infrastructure where that is the most sensible route, or define a controlled transition where change is needed.

08 What if the project needs a specialist trade?

Noevero can identify and coordinate suitable specialist providers, keeping the requirement, responsibilities and communication clear. The commercial and delivery arrangement will be agreed before work begins.
