Noevero Ltd is the data controller for the information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17449460.

02What we collect
Information you give us
If you send a project brief through the contact form, or use the short brief panel on the site, you provide some or all of the following:
- Your name
- Your organisation
- Your email address
- Your telephone number, if you choose to give one
- The building or site location
- The type of requirement you are enquiring about
- How you would prefer us to respond
- Whatever you write in the message itself
If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever that correspondence contains.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include the IP address making the request, the pages requested, the time, and the browser and operating system reported by your device. We do not use these logs to identify individuals; they exist so the service can be run and problems diagnosed.
When a form is submitted we also record the IP address and submission time, purely to limit abuse of the form. There is no analytics software on this site, no advertising technology, and no profiling or automated decision-making of any kind.
Spam protection
Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. To do this, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical information about your browser. Turnstile is designed not to track people across websites and, as configured here, does not set a tracking cookie. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
03Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not send marketing emails from information collected through this website. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to withdraw it at any time.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract:

Where a project requires it, and only where relevant to your enquiry, we may pass details to a contractor or specialist so they can quote or attend site. We tell you when that is happening.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
05Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers operate globally, so information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place — typically UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement — so your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.
06How long we keep it

07How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and the credentials the forms rely on are stored outside the public area of the web server. Access to the mailbox is restricted to people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affected your information and was likely to result in a risk to your rights, we would tell you and the Information Commissioner's Office as required.
08Cookies and site storage
This website does not set any cookies. It stores four small items of interface state in your browser's session storage — for example, remembering that you have already seen the opening animation — and all of them are discarded when you close the tab. They contain no personal information and are not used to track you.

09Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete information where there is no good reason for us to keep it
- Ask us to restrict how we use it while a concern is resolved
- Object to us using it where we rely on legitimate interests
- Receive information you gave us in a portable format, or have it sent to someone else
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
To exercise any of these, email info@noevero.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.
10Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.

11Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information — for example if we introduce website analytics — we will update this notice and change the date at the top. If analytics or any other non-essential technology is added, we will ask for your consent before it runs.
